The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired!!! Ice machines malfunctioning and the outdoor pool looking stagnant were huge letdowns!!! Consider better communication about room assignments and ensure pools are maintained regularly!!!

Families looking for comfort
I had a decent time during our stay with the hot breakfast it was great to wake up to some decent food like biscuits and gravy, and the staff was really friendly, Patricia helped me with all the problems I faced
It wasn't a bargain but overall it was acceptable

The room had a great jetted tub, but the bathroom floor needed cleaning.

The BBQ joint we hit up was a flavor explosion, and breakfast at the hotel? Straight-up comfort food goals with those biscuits and gravy. Plus, the staff was super friendly! Definitely made the experience feel like home away from home.
The room had its quirks, like a bathroom floor that needed some TLC and a smoke detector oddly dressed in a plastic bag. Oh, and the door felt a little too adventurous when someone tried to jiggle it open at night.

Good stay with friendly faces
Brandy, Renee, and Mary Jane were super nice and helped our group when we got in late and hungry. They set up a dining area for us when we ordered pizza, which was awesome. Just wish our room had been ready on time. we had to wait way too long.

The staff here greeted us warmly, making check-in smooth. Our room had a great air conditioning setup, keeping us cool in the summer heat. The bedding felt comfortable, which made for a restful sleep. The location worked well for us too, near attractions. However, the carpets could really use a deep clean. they turned our socks black. The outdoor pool looked inviting, but it had crumbling concrete, and the indoor pool felt freezing, so we didn't stay long at all. Breakfast options were decent but could be better prepared. some items weren't hot enough. I did notice that the maintenance of the facilities seemed lacking, which was disappointing. I think the hotel has potential but needs to address cleanliness and facility upkeep to improve the overall experience.
